Q. How do I return an item?
A. To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
All merchandise purchased from Accessorycircut is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages

Q. Which methods of payment can I use to place an order?
A. We accept all major credit cards including, VISA (preferred), Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Information such as your current billing address and phone number is required in order to avoid any delays in processing your order.Money orders should be made out in US dollars

A. All shipping rates are calculated based on the items in the shopping cart and shipping destination. All parcels are shipped ground shipping unless an upgrade shipping method is requested

We are an authorized dealer for every manufacturer we offer, and we provide toll-free product assistance before and after the sale. We also stock everything we sell in our200,000 square foot headquarters. The facility also includes one of the largest in-house repair centers in the US, which services almost everything we sell.

Q. Why are some model numbers different on Accessory circut web site from the manufacturer’s web site?
A. At Accessorycircut, the model numbers are made to be user friendly. The Engineering Codes are removed and the basic color scheme is added at the end. The color scheme codes are as follows: BK- Black, WH-White, SS-Stainless Steel, BT-Bisque, WWH-White on White, BWH-Black on White

Q. At what point in the order/shipping process does Accessorycircut charge my credit card?
A. For in-stock merchandise, your credit card is charged when your order is finalized in our shopping cart (and we plan on it shipping within 24 hours). If your item is on backorder, your credit card is not charged until the item arrives (unless it is a special order).

Q. Do i have to pay Sales Tax ?

We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations which is only NY and CA we will pay the tax for you.
